Annual Events
First 2 weeks in November—Due to Corona Virus please check Pickford Museum Face Book page for exact time and dates.
1.) Annual Quilt Show—admission is free–approximately 75-100 quilts on display. Anyone with quilts to display are welcome–contact the museum by first of Nov.
2.) Veterans Open House. All veterans and families are invited to attend in appreciation for the freedoms we enjoy and their service to our country. There will be door prizes for veterans, a light luncheon, and special exhibits.
FUND RAISERS
WEEKLY CASH RAFFLE–cost of tickets $50
Weekly Draw every Friday from Jan. 1 until Dec. 31 for $100 plus two bonus draws. Winning stubs are reentered for the possibility of winning more than once in a year. No more than 200 ticket are sold.
GERANIUM SALE
$4. 50 for 4 ½” pot of zonal geranium — choice of colors red, white, pink, salmon or fuchsia

QUILT RAFFLE
Queen Size
2021 Queen size quilt (autumn leaves) crafted and donated by a Pickford Historical Society member and hand quilted by the Pickford Quilters. Tickets sell for $2 each or 3 for $5. Drawing Dec. 14th.

PHOTO CONTEST
Visit the museum and take a picture of your favorite exhibit. Photos will be judged on creativity and quality. Photoshop is encouraged for creativity. Must be entered in the name of person who created it. Permission to enter on social media required.
Entry dates: Memorial Weekend until Labor Day Weekend
Format: Computer generated preferred–hard copies will be considered.

Fee: $10 per entry
Judge panel will consist of three people a member of the Pickford Historical Society board, a photography major and a Pickford resident.
Winners will be announced Sept. 20th
Prizes:
1st prize $50 and a Lifetime Membership to Pickford Historical Society ($150 value–not redeemable)
2nd prize $25 gift card and one 2022 cash raffle ticket (value $50–non redeemable)
3rd prize one year membership to Pickford Historical Society, Pickford Museum t-shirt, and 3 Quilt raffle tickets.
